shipping & returns
"In Stock" items will ship between 2 to 5 business day. Let us know if you order is time sensitive by emailing us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rush fee may apply.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking and Insurance. We are not responsible for what happens with the package once is tendered to USPS. If the package is lost, stolen of marked as delivered and is missing. We are not responsible and client must handle with the Post Office.
"Made to Order" items will ship between 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping in the US is through the USPS Priority Mail.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct. D:Ceramics is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address.
"Studio Pick Up" If you wish to pick up your order, please select the pick up option during check out. We will email
you available times to pick up within a week of your purchase.
For international orders please email us for rates prior to ordering. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom charges or duties placed on the package.
Due to the handmade nature of ceramics color, size and shape will vary slightly. These differences are what make each piece unique. All sales are considered final and I'm unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hrs of receipt.
After this time frame we are unable to assist with a refund/damages.
