D:Ceramics works with clients, designers, hotels, and restaurants to create handmade pieces for specific spaces and occasions. Each commission is made by hand and shaped around your
vision — from a single vessel to a large-scale installation.

Past clients include The Proper Hotel Santa Monica, Din Tai Fung, West Elm, Marie Kondo, and private residences worldwide.

How It Works

Every commission begins with a conversation. Browse the collections for ideas on shapes, clay bodies, and glazes, and come with reference photos and notes on size and color if you have them.

Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size and glaze are part of the process — and part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

Standard turnaround is 8–12 weeks. No returns on custom or commissioned orders.
