Ceramic Care
Most D:Ceramics pieces are food and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. Hand washing is always recommended to preserve the glaze and finish.

Ceramics & Handmade Variations
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected. No two pieces are exactly alike — this is what makes each one unique.

Custom & Commission Orders
D:Ceramics accepts a limited number of custom and commission orders throughout the year.
Standard turnaround is 8–12 weeks depending on the scope of the project. For inquiries,
please email info@dceramics.com.

Made to Order
Some pieces in the shop are available as made-to-order. These items ship within 3–4 weeks of purchase.

Studio Pick Up
Local pick up is available in Los Feliz, CA. Select the pick up option at checkout and we will be in touch within a week to arrange a time.

Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the US. In stock items ship within 2–5 business days. For international orders, please email us at info@dceramics.com for rates before placing your order. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or duties applied to the package.

Returns
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, slight variations in color, size, and shape are part of the process and are not considered defects. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and email us at info@dceramics.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Gift Packaging
All D:Ceramics pieces are carefully packaged. If you are sending a gift and would like a note included, add your message at checkout or email us after placing your order.
